Stylish Rainboot & Anntaylor Sweater

Hello Everyone:

Happy monday  : )  hope everyong had a great weekend.

I have been looking for a stylish rainboot that is lightweight, and also provide comfort.  Finally, I found the Sperry Top-sider Hingham.  It's a quilted rainboot and it's lightweight.  I love the quilted texture mix with the rubber.  I purchased this rainboot when piperlime has extra 20% off. ( yeah!)
They are so adorable, so fun and comfortable, I will wear them rain or not!

Anntaylor also have extra 40% off sale items in the store this weekend.  I tried on the  Funnel Neck Sweater in malted almond in XS, but the cut for this sweater was huge.  I love the softness of this sweater.   I looked online today and this sweater was still available and at 60% off.  I think i might order this sweater in XXS online.

J Crew Honeycomb cable sweater

Hello Everyone:

I had a little time before my class started today and decided to drop by J crew. Oh yeah, I was lucky.
J crew is having extra 50% off  the already reduced sale items.  I spotted the Honeycomb cable sweater (Here)( few of the bloggers been blogging about this sweater for a while) , I decided to give it a try.  Only 2 colors was left in the store, and luckily they still have my size.  I tried on the red, and the light baby blue/green color.  Overall I liked the texture, and feel of the sweater.  I will definitely need to wear something underneath the sweater so I don't feel itchy ( since the sweater has wool in it)  hey, for the final price of $21  for a J crew sweater, I had to buy one.  I ended up getting the baby blue/green color.

I also tried on a lace skirt from J crew ( is on sale for $30), I can't decide to buy or not to buy.  what do u guys think about the lace skirt?

AnnTayLorLoft Sweaters

Anntaylorloft is having extra 60% off.  wow, that's the biggest sale I ever seen for Anntaylorloft.  I went into the store and was hoping to score some items.  There are tons of sweaters on sale, but nothing really catch my eyes.  I tried couple sweaters on, and didn't really like them. 

Here are the items I tried.

I love the cream color, and open front of this cardigan.  It only has XS left ( The one I tried on )  I think it's still a little big for me.

Verdict: Pass
















I tried  on LOFT Lurex Cotton Cozy Cable V-Neck Sweater.   Love the purple color, but don't know about the v neck trim, somehow for me, this sweater looks kind of cheap with this type of neck trim.  Plus, XS is too big for me, I had to rolled up the sleeves.

Verdict: Pass








I tried the same sweater again in silver XSP.  The sleeves are perfect in length.  However, I wish the body was a little bit longer. 

Verdict: Pass
